Graham Paterson has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director and Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee Chair of Diaceutics PLC with effect from 1 October 2023. Diaceutics PLC was admitted to trading on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange on 21 March 2019.
