Share Buy Back and Cancellation
VietNam Holding Limited announces that on 8 September 2023, it purchased 26,051 ordinary shares of par value $1 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at an average price of 311.25 pence per Ordinary Share.
All Ordinary Shares repurchased by the Company under VNH's share repurchase programme are to be cancelled upon repurchase. In total, since the last Annual General Meeting the Company has repurchased and cancelled 1,299,880 Ordinary Shares.
Following the above purchase and cancellation, VNH has 27,531,486 Ordinary Shares with voting rights in issue and no shares held as Treasury Shares.

Change of Name of Broker
The Company also announces that its Sole Broker has changed its name to Cavendish Capital Markets Limited following the completion of its own corporate merger.
