Directorate Changes
The Company announces two changes to its board of directors ("Board"), both taking effect from 14 August 2023 - the resignation of Kate Jones and the appointment of Dr Katrina Tarizzo.
Kate Jones joined the Board on 11 November 2019, shortly after the incorporation of the Company and before the launch of its first offer for subscription. Kate also served as the chair of the Company's audit committee and has made a significant contribution to the Company's internal controls and governance structure. Peter Hewitt, the Board's chair, commented 'We are sad to be saying goodbye to Kate - she has been an invaluable member of the team, providing sound wisdom, advice and guidance, in particular as chair of the audit committee. We wish her every success in the future'.
Dr Katrina Tarizzo is an experienced executive and non-executive main board director/chair and early-stage investor with particular expertise in the financial services, internet technology and real estate sectors. She has a solid understanding of corporate governance and director obligations in both private and listed companies based in the UK, Channel Islands and overseas, is a Doctoral graduate of the London Business School, and is bi-lingual in English and Italian.
Katrina is, and has been since 2007, a Guernsey Financial Services Commission approved director of City Living PCC Limited, a company listed on the International Stock Exchange.
