In accordance with Rule 5.6.1R of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules ("DTRs"), Good Energy notifies the market that as at 31 July 2023 the Company's issued share capital consists of 16,882,002 Ordinary Shares of £0.05 each. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.
The above figure (16,882,002) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the DTRs.
