Annual Report and Notice of a General Meeting

 

Aferian plc (LSE AIM: AFRN), the B2B video streaming solutions company, announces that a Notice of General Meeting ("GM") and the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 30 November 2022 have today been posted to shareholders.

 

The Notice of GM is also available to view on the Group's website: www.aferian.com

 

The GM will be held at the offices of Investec Bank plc, 30 Gresham Street, London, EC2V 7QP on Tuesday 13 June 2023, at 9.00 a.m.

 

Following the finalisation of the full year audited results of the Company for the financial year ended 30 November 2022, the business of the GM is to consider those resolutions usually considered at an annual general meeting that relate to the Annual Report and Accounts, the Directors' Remuneration Report and the re-appointment and remuneration of the auditors.
