Close of Offer to Further Applications
The Company announces that the Offer for Subscription for up to £40 million of B Ordinary Shares with an over-allotment facility for up to a further £20 million of B Ordinary Shares (the "Offer") will close at noon on Friday 28 April 2023 which is the deadline for receipt of applications and cleared funds.
The final allotment of shares under the Offer will be held on 28 April 2023.
