Exercise of LTIP Share Options
Victoria PLC, (LSE: VCP) the international designers, manufacturers and distributors of innovative flooring, announces that a total of 9,437 share options have been exercised by employees of the Company pursuant to the Victoria PLC 2020 Long Term Incentive Plan ("the LTIP Options") at an exercise price of 5 pence per Ordinary Share.
Accordingly, the Company has transferred 9,437 Ordinary Shares previously held in treasury to satisfy the exercise of the LTIP Options. As a result, the Company holds 10,454,248 of its Ordinary Shares in treasury and has 115,010,419 Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding treasury shares). This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency.
