The Company announces that Helen Vaughan has stepped down from the board with immediate effect. Farah Buckley will assume the role of Chair of the Audit Committee.
In accordance with paragraph 9.6.14 of the Listing Rules, the Company announces that Helen Vaughan was appointed to the board of Rights and Issues Investment Trust PLC on 1 January 2023.
