Appointment of Independent Non-Executive Director
Churchill China PLC (AIM: CHH) the manufacturer of innovative performance ceramic products serving hospitality markets worldwide, is pleased to announce the appointment of Caroline Stephens to the Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director with immediate effect. Caroline has also been appointed as member of the Remuneration, Audit and Nomination Committees.
Caroline brings extensive experience to the Board, having served as a senior executive at Johnson & Johnson for over 25 years in multiple leadership roles including UK Marketing Director and having responsibility for the digital transformation of the EMEA consumer sector. Latterly, Caroline has been a consultant, adviser and director with roles including joining the Board of Tristel plc, an AIM listed infection prevention business as a Non-Executive Director, and the EMEA board of CI&T, a global digital solutions specialist.
