Together announces new appointment to Personal Finance Board

Together Financial Services Limited, one of the UK's leading non-bank relationship lenders, is pleased to announce the appointment of Jon Hogan as a Non-Executive Director of its subsidiary, Together Personal Finance Limited ("Together Personal Finance" or "the Company"), with effect from 16 January 2023.
Jon brings over 20 years' banking and finance experience to Together Personal Finance, including serving as a regulatory board member with three UK banking entrants. He is a founder and non-executive director at the fintech SME lending bank, Bank North, and was formerly a non-executive director at challenger bank, Zopa, and fintech bank, Atom Bank. He was also a non-executive director of ING Australia and Family Fund Trading.
Earlier in his career, Jon was CFO of the Australia Division of ANZ Bank, Deputy CEO, COO and CFO of First Direct and Head of Group Finance at Bradford & Bingley.
He is a qualified chartered accountant and has an MBA from Henley Business School.
Following regulatory approval, it is intended that Jon will be will be appointed Chair of the Audit Committee of Together Personal Finance. He is replacing Liz Blythe who is stepping down after three years with the Company.
