Brown Advisory US Smaller Companies PLC announces in accordance with LR 9.6.11R that Tina Soderlund-Boley, non-executive director, has accepted a position at Slättö Förvaltning AB. Mrs Soderlund-Boley and the Board have considered the time commitments required by this role and have agreed that Mrs Soderlund-Boley will stand down from the board during this spring, with the exact date to be advised. A replacement non-executive director will be appointed in due course.
