Appointment of Auditor

 

Roquefort Therapeutics (LSE:ROQ, OTCQB:ROQAF), the Main Market listed biotech company focused on developing first in class medicines in the high value and high growth oncology market, announces that it has appointed BDO LLP as its auditors with immediate effect.  The appointment of BDO LLP will be subject to approval by shareholders at the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.

 

As previously announced on 1 December 2022, Jeffreys Henry LLP resigned as the Company's auditors and confirmed that there are no circumstances connected with their resignation which they considered should be brought to the attention of the Company's members or creditors in accordance with Section 519 of the Companies Act 2006.
