Exercise of Options and Total Voting Rights

 

 

SDI Group plc, the AIM quoted Group focused on the design and manufacture of scientific and technology products for use in digital imaging and sensing and control applications, announces that it has issued and allotted a total of 700,000 new ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") following the exercise of options by a number of members of staff.

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the 700,000 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") and it is expected that Admission will become effective and trading will commence on or around 8.00 a.m. on 11 January 2023.

Following Admission, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue will be 103,452,176 and the total number of voting rights will therefore be 103,452,176. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
