Issue of New Bonds and Warrants, Total Voting Rights
The Company confirms, further to the admission to trading on AIM on 30 November of the 94,294,869 New Shares issued to Somerston pursuant to the Conditional Warrant Exercise, that it has issued New Bonds to Somerston in an aggregate principal amount of £2,425,000. The Company's 7 per cent. unsecured bond instrument was initially launched in December 2020 and following issue of the New Bonds, the Company has in issue Bonds with an aggregate principal amount of £15 million, of which £10.13 million is held by Somerston.
The New Bonds have been issued to Somerston with accompanying Warrants in respect of, in aggregate, 29,696,761 Ordinary Shares, representing 5.08 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
Further to the admission of the 94,294,869 New Shares, the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital currently comprises 584,138,346 Ordinary Shares. The Company is not holding any ordinary shares in treasury. This figure of 584,138,346 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in the issued share capital of the Company.
