Board changes
Marwyn Acquisition Company II Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of experienced financial services industry director Cathryn Riley as a non-executive director with effect from 6 November 2022. The Company also announces that Mark Brangstrup Watts has resigned from the Board, also with effect from 6 November 2022.
Mark Hodges, Chairman of MAC II, commented: "I am delighted Cathryn has agreed to join the Board of MAC II. Cathryn has extensive expertise and insight from across the financial services industry that we look forward to benefitting from at an exciting time in MAC II's journey.

Cathryn is a highly experienced financial services industry executive and non-executive director, having worked across both public and private markets. She has had a wide-ranging career covering insurance, customer services, IT, operations and human resources. She was previously Group Chief Operations Director at Aviva plc, where she worked for 17 years, in roles including Group CIO, UK Commercial Director, CIO/COO Europe and COO. Prior to Aviva, Cathryn was general manager of transformation at BUPA, as well as a consultant in the financial services division of Coopers & Lybrand.
Cathryn is currently a non-executive director at AA Insurance Services Limited, the Financial Services Compensation Scheme, and Liberty Managing Agency Limited. She has previously held non-executive positions at ReAssure, International Personal Finance, Equitable Life and Chubb.
Publication of Supplementary Prospectus
The appointment of Cathryn and the resignation of Mark require the Company to publish a supplement (the "Supplementary Prospectus") to its prospectus dated 31 March 2022 (as supplemented by a supplementary prospectus dated 20 June 2022 (together the "Prospectus")). The supplementary prospectus is expected to be published shortly following FCA approval.
