Appointment of a Non-Executive Director
The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Jonathan Rhodes as a non-executive director with immediate effect.
Jonathan Rhodes has over 34 years of experience in the property sector and is a RICS Registered Valuer. Jonathan is currently a partner and National Head of Valuation at Cluttons LLP, having previously held similar roles at GL Hearn, DTZ, Donaldsons, Chesterton and Colliers. Since joining Cluttons in February 2020 he has doubled the size of the team and assists in growing the wider business. At GL Hearn, he grew the valuation team from four to over 20 people from 2009.
He specialises in advising on all aspects of property valuation, investment and corporate activity. Understanding the client's business and using his extensive property knowledge, he assists clients in both determining and implementing property strategy.
He has considerable experience in both valuing and advising on all types of commercial and residential property, including institutional investment and development property across the UK, for financing, accounting, strategic and other purposes. In addition, he acts and has given evidence in Court as an Expert Witness for a variety of purposes.
