Clarification for LH Botanicals trading activity
Love Hemp Group PLC (AQSE: LIFE) (OTCQB: WRHLF), the brand-led consumer goods company focussed on CBD health and wellness solutions, provides clarification on the trading of one of its CBD brands: LH Botanicals, and the UK registered company LH Botanicals Ltd.
Products sold and owned under the brand name of LH Botanicals will continue to be sold by Love Hemp Ltd. This brand is used primarily in business to business and white label goods sales channels.
Independent of the LH Botanicals sales brand, on 23 April 2020, LH Botanicals Ltd was incorporated by the sole shareholder, Tony Calamita, CEO of Love Hemp Group. LH Botanicals Ltd has never traded and following confirmation from Love Hemp Group that this company was not required Mr Calamita has filed an application to strike it off the company register.
