The Board of Directors of the Company are pleased to announce the results of the Company's Annual General Meeting held on Thursday 15th September 2022
Resolutions 1-11 were all passed as proposed. Resolutions 1-9 were passed by a majority in excess of 99%, resolutions 10 and 11 were passed by a majority in excess of 91%.
