Exercise of SAYE Options, PDMR Dealing and Total Voting Rights
Yü Group PLC, the challenger independent supplier of gas, electricity and water to the UK corporate sector, announces that it has made an application to the London Stock Exchange for the admission to trading on AIM of 56,570 new ordinary shares of 0.5p each ("New Shares") to satisfy the exercise of options granted under the Group's Save As You Earn Scheme.
The Company were notified that on 9 August, 12,857 options were exercised at an exercise price of £1.40 per share by each of the following PDMRs, Bobby Kalar, Paul Rawson and Navaz Dean.
The New Shares are expected to be admitted to trading on AIM on 15 August 2022.
Total Voting Rights
Following this admission, the Group's share capital and total voting rights comprises 16,622,785 ordinary shares of 0.5p each and the Group does not hold any shares in treasury. Consequently, 16,622,785 is the figure which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Yü Group under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
