Yü Group PLC (AIM; YU.), the independent supplier of gas, electricity and water to the UK corporate sector, announces that it has been informed that on 8 December 2021, Anthony Perkins, senior independent non-executive director, acquired 4,500 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
Following this purchase, Anthony Perkins is interested in 19,500 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.12 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
