Change of Director
Fragrant Prosperity Holdings ("FPP") announces today that, in anticipation of the change of the Board of Directors of FPP upon the forthcoming anticipated acquisition of CiiTECH,Ltd ("CiiTECH") (as previously announced on 24 May 2021), it has been agreed that Craig J. Marshak shall resign as Chairman of the Company effective from 10 November 2021. Simon Retter, currently a Non-Executive Director, will assume the role of Chairman.
The Board of FPP wish Mr. Marshak well following his successful stewardship of the Company to the anticipated RTO transaction with CiiTECH.
As previously announced in the RNS news release of 24 May 2021; CiiTECH is an Israeli and UK based company focusing on the marketing of cannabis and CBD related products for health and skin care, including Provacan and other leading brands.
