Update re Annual General Meeting
James Latham announces that, whilst there has been a reduction in positive COVID-19 tests in the UK in the past few days, in order to protect the health and safety of the Company's shareholders and employees, the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to be held on 25 August 2021 at 12.00 p.m. is to be held as a closed meeting.
The meeting will be convened with the necessary quorum of two shareholders, but no additional shareholders will be permitted to attend. It is however important that shareholders have their say and so the Company encourages shareholders to appoint the Chairman of the meeting as their proxy and submit voting instructions in accordance with the instructions in the Notice of the AGM.
Should shareholders have any questions that they would otherwise have raised at the AGM, they can supply them in advance to the Company Secretary at plc@lathams.co.uk. Full voting details and answers to the questions will be posted on the investor section of the Company's website at www.lathamtimber.co.uk/investors
Hard copies of the Company's AGM Notice and Annual Report and Accounts have been posted to shareholders and can also be viewed on the Company's website.
