Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights
The Parkmead Group announces that it has issued 85,134 ordinary shares of 1.5 pence each in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") in order to satisfy a contractual commitment under the Company's Deferred Share Payment Plan (DSP).
Accordingly, an application has been made for the 85,134 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, which is expected to be on or around 3 June 2021. Post admission of the Ordinary Shares, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 109,266,931 Ordinary Shares with voting rights. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 109,266,931.
The above figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
