Newmark Security plc (AIM: NWT), a leading provider of electronic and physical security systems, announces that Robert Waddington, Non-Executive Director, has purchased a total of 500,000 ordinary shares of 1p each of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 1.166 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following these purchases, Mr Waddington has a total interest in 4,400,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.94 per cent of the total issued share capital of the Company.
