According to Sdiptech AB (publ)’s Articles of Association, owners of Class A shares are entitled to request that such shares are converted to Class B shares. Conversion reduces the total number of votes in the company.

In light of a request received from the shareholder Ashkan Pouya, the Board of Directors of Sdiptech AB has carried out a conversion of 924,000 Class A shares to 924,000 Class B shares. This means that after the conversion, Ashkan Pouya has the same number of shares in Sdiptech as before, 2,016,967, but the proportion of votes decreases from 28.22 to 14.73 percent. The total number of votes in the company following the conversion amounts to 44,241,938.

Ashkan Pouya comments:
"The conversion is taking place at the company's request and is intended to facilitate administrative matters as, with the transformation, I will no longer be so-called beneficial owner of the company."

The total number of shares in the company amounts to 39,741,938 following the conversion, of which 500,000 are Class A shares, 37,491,938 Class B shares and 1,750,000 Preference shares.
