Bridgepoint Group PLC - London-based private equity firm - Burgundy C Nominees Ltd announces the sale of around 24 million shares in Bridgepoint on behalf of a group of current and former Bridgepoint employees through a placing to institutional investors. The shares represent around 3% of the company’s share capital. The number of placing shares and the price will be determined through a bookbuild process. BNP Paribas is acting as sole bookrunner in connection with the placing. At Thursday’s closing price shares are worth around £70 million.
