Imara Gold PLC - East Africa-focused gold producer - Caracal Gold changes name to Imara Gold. The change was registered on Companies House on October 8. The change of name and ticker to IGLD is effective immediately. Shareholder documents of the title will be unaffected and will remain valid. The name change will also be applied to all operating subsidiaries in East Africa. The current company website will continue to be updated until the new website is launched.
