Tekcapital PLC - London-based intellectual property investment group - Existing shareholder subscribes for 3.6 million new shares at 10.5 pence per share, raising £374,750. Says the proceeds provide additional resources for it to pursue its investment strategy.
‘We are very grateful for the continued support of one of our existing shareholders who is keen to increase his investment in the company at no discount to the prior day’s closing price,’ says Executive Chair Clifford Gross.
