Insig AI PLC - London-based data science and machine learning firm - Raises approximately £500,000 from an institutional investor following discussions around the establishment of a digital assets fund. Says it placed 1.6 million shares at 31 pence, with the proceeds earmarked for general working capital purposes and the evaluation of strategic options. Says this includes the possible creation of a fund dedicated to investments in digital assets and related enterprises.
