Kadoma Mining PLC - London-based gold miner in Africa - Hires Brian Moritz as its new chair. Moritz was previously chair of African Platinum PLC until its £300 million acquisition by Impala Platinum Holdings Ltd, and also was chair at Goldplat PLC. He currently serves as chair of Vast Resources PLC and non-executive director at Keras Resources PLC, where he also formerly served as chair.

His leadership will strengthen our board significantly as we accelerate our plans for exploration, development, and long-term value creation,’ says Kadoma Chief Executive Officer Jon-Paul Doran.
Kadoma shares started trading on matched bargain platform JP Jenkins in London on Friday last week and has a market capitalisation of £6.8 million.
