Glenveagh Properties PLC - Dublin-based house and apartment builder - Teleios Capital Partners LLC sells 1.2 million shares in Glenveagh at €1.70, worth €2.1 million, on Wednesday last week on Euronext in Dublin. Teleios had a just under 22% stake in Glenveagh as of May. Non-Executive Director Max Steinebach represents Teleios on the Glenveagh board.

Current stock price: €1.75, up 2.5% in London on Monday
