Du Preez’s appointment follows regulatory due diligence and the approval of shareholders at the annual general meeting on Wednesday. He fulfils the role of chief finanial officer of Ibex Holdings, and has served on the boards of KAP Industrial Holdings Ltd and Pepkor Holdings Ltd, among others.
