Strategic Minerals PLC - London-based miner has projects in South Australia, the US state of New Mexico, and the UK - Raises £1 million from the placing of 333.3 million new shares at 0.3 pence each. The fresh equity will fund work on the Redmoor tungsten-tin-copper mine in Cornwall. The placing was run by brokers Zeus Capital Ltd and SP Angel Corporate Finance LLP. The new shares represent 16.5% of the expanded total for Strategic Minerals.
