Filtronic PLC - Durham, England-based maker of products for aerospace, defence, space and telecommunications industries - Chief Financial Officer Michael Tyerman sells 336,000 shares at 112.13p, worth £376,740, on Wednesday. Tyerman retains 398,663 shares, a 0.2% stake. Chief Executive Officer Nat Edington buys 87,400 shares at 114.4p on Tuesday, his only holding. Edington joined Filtronic in May last year.

Tullow Oil PLC - oil and gas producer in West Africa - Non-Executive Director Roald Goethe buys 1.1 million shares at 14.60 pence to 17.11p, worth £171,400, on Tuesday and Wednesday. On Tuesday, Tullow Oil said profit multiplied in 2024, despite lower revenue. On Monday, it said it agreed to sell its assets in Gabon to Gabon Oil Co for $300 million in cash.
