Kore Potash PLC - London-based owner of the Kola and DX potash projects in Republic of Congo - Extends the closing date of the offer of up to 500 Chess Depositary Interests, or CDIs, to May 31. Back in November lasy tea, Kore had said it intended to offer to certain investors to apply for up to 500 CDIs in the capital of the company at an issue price of A$0.0543 each. CDIs allow non-Australian companies to list their shares.
