Intercede Group PLC on Wednesday said it has won contract orders worth more than $1.4 million in total, for the final quarter of the year ending March 31.

The Lutterworth, Leicestershire-based cybersecurity software firm said the orders ‘further underpin’ its 2025 revenue forecast, which it outlined in January to be in line with current consensus estimates for £16.1 million, down 20% on-year from £20.0 million.

The firm also in January said it projects adjusted earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation at £3.3 million for the year, 47% lower than the £6.2 million reported for 2024.

Orders for the final three-month period included an around $550,000 three-year subscription license order for MyID SecureVault, through a systems integrator for a government end client based in the Asia-Pacific region, as well as a more than $400,000 enhanced professional services order for an existing client in the US federal space.

The firm also secured a $250,000 professional services order for another existing client in the US federal space, and a $170,000 professional services order with a US federal agency, specialising in providing technological support to the national banking system.

‘We are very pleased to secure our second subscription licence order for MyID SecureVault in AsiaPac, especially as we launched the new product only in December 2024,’ said Chief Executive Officer Klaas van der Leest.

‘The order was contracted through one of our partners, one of Asia’s leading cyber security services providers, and once again, underpins our go-to-market strategy. It is another great example of an increasingly geo-diversified pipeline.’

Shares in Intercede closed up 3.8% at 143.21 pence in London on Wednesday afternoon. The stock has risen 42% over the past year.
