Science Group PLC - Cambridge, England-based science, engineering and technology business that provides services to the medical, defence, industrial, food & beverage and consumer sectors - Further increases its shareholding in environmental and engineering consultancy Ricardo PLC to 12.0% from 11.7%. Last Monday, it raised its stake from 8.5% having taken an initial stake in February at 231 pence per share. No pricing details were announced on Monday. Science Group may or may not increase its shareholding in Ricardo, it says.
