ME Group International PLC - Birmingham, England-based instant-service equipment company - Investment bank Joh Berenberg, Gossler & Co KG says FPCI Montefiore Investment IV, an entity managed by Montefiore Investment SAS intends to sell around 5% of the issued share capital in ME Group International. This will be conducted through a placing to eligible institutional investors by means of an accelerated bookbuild. At Thursday’s closing price, a 5% stake is worth around £41.5 million.

Berenberg is acting as sole bookrunner and placing agent in relation to the placing, the price of which will be determined through the bookbuild process. ME Group is not a party to the placing and will not receive any proceeds.
