Porvair PLC, up 3.1% at 700.92 pence, 12-month range 594.00p-745.70p. The firm hails record annual sales and profit despite mixed trading conditions in its markets. The environmental and specialist filtration technology company says pretax profit rose 4.0% to £20.9 million in the year ended November 30 from £20.1 million. Basic earnings per share increase 2.9% to 35.8 pence from 34.8p. Revenue rises 9.4% to £192.6 million from £176.0 million, or by 13% higher on a constant currency basis.

CAB Payments Holdings PLC, down 4.3% at 60.40p, 12-month range 59.40p-166.20p. Richard Hallett steps down as chief financial officer. Hallett spent nine years at the cross-border payment company. CAB adds: ‘Matthew Talty, currently group head of Banking, will temporarily take over leadership of the finance function until a replacement is found.’
