SigmaRoc PLC - London-based building materials supplier, focused on lime and limestone - Larger peer CRH PLC sells its entire 15.4% stake in SigmaRoc in a share placing run by Deutsche Numis and JP Morgan. CRH sells 171.6 million shares at 67 pence, worth £115.0 million. The placing plan was announced after the London market close on Wednesday.
