The following is a round-up of share dealings by London-listed company directors and managers announced so far in 2025 and not separately reported by Alliance News:

Netcall PLC - Bedford, England-based automation and customer engagement software - Non-Executive Chair Henrik Bang sells 1.7 million shares at 111p, worth £1.9 million, on January 8. Netcall says the sale is for estate planning and to ‘satisfy investor demand’. ‘Bang has no intention to sell further ordinary shares at the current time,’ Netcall says. Bang sold 160,000 shares back in October. He now has 4.5 million shares, a 2.7% stake. Additionally, Non-Executive Director Michael Jackson sells 180,000 shares at 110p, worth £198,000, on January 6. He now has 1.4 million shares, a 0.8% stake.

Berkeley Group Holdings PLC - Surrey, England-based property developer and housebuilder - Non-Executive Director Michael Dobson buys 15,000 shares at £35.00, worth £525,000, on Tuesday this week.

Safestore Holdings PLC - Hertfordshire, England-based self-storage provider - Chief Executive Frederic Vecchioli buys 65,000 shares at £6.28, worth £408,493, on Thursday. Safestore on Thursday reported sharply higher profit for the financial year that ended October 31 but warned of inflationary cost pressures heading into financial 2025.

Canal+ SA - Paris-based media and entertainment firm - Jean-Christophe Thiery, a member of the supervisory board, buys 51,200 shares at £1.92 and £2.04 on December 30 and January 3, respectively, worth £100,648. The Canal+ share price remains down from its initial public offering price of 290p on December 16.

JD Sports Fashion PLC - Bury, England-based athleisure retailer - Chief Executive Regis Schultz buys 109,933 shares at 90.06 pence, worth £99,006, on Thursday. He now has 5.4 million shares, a 0.001% stake. JD Sports Fashion shares fell 7.1% on Tuesday after it lowered profit guidance for the second time in as many months, reflecting weak trading in the UK and US.

Victoria PLC - Worcester, England-based manufacturer and distributor of flooring products - Non-Executive Director Gavin Petken buys 255,099 shares at 68p to 71p, worth about £176,000, on December 31. He now has 263,115 shares, a 0.2% stake.

Technology Minerals PLC - London-based company that aims to create circular economy for battery metals - Century Cobalt Ltd sells 83.5 million Technology Minerals shares to an unnamed institutional investor at 0.12p, worth £100,200, on January 7. CCL, in which Technology Minerals CEO Alex Stanbury and Director Lester Kemp are shareholders, now has 211.3 million Technology Minerals shares, a 11.3% stake.

Conygar Investment Co PLC - London-based property investment and development firm - Non-Executive Chair Nigel Hamway buys 120,000 shares at 42.38p, worth £50,856, on January 10. Hamway now has 1.4 million shares, a 2.3% stake.
