Red Rock Resources PLC - London-based mining company focused on Africa and Australia - Says it has been engaged in talks to advance a framework deal with Koto DRC SARL, Red Rock’s Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo-based partner company. This comes ahead of a pending result of Red Rock’s arbitration case against the Congolese government. Red Rock has an invitation from the DRC head of state’s cabinet office to meet on January 22. The company expects that the case will conclude and arbitration payments agreed at the meeting.
