Intercede Group PLC on Wednesday said it signed new contract orders and renewals worth over $5 million in December.

Intercede is a cybersecurity software firm based in Lutterworth, Leicestershire.

Intercede said the orders include a major licence order from a systems integrator for a client based in Asia.

The firm said it also secured professional services orders worth around $0.4 million to implement new installations and provide ongoing customer support during the month.

Looking ahead, Intercede said it expects its financial performance to be ahead of market expectations for the year ending March 31.

Annual revenue is estimated to be £16.1 million.

Chief Executive Officer Klaas van der Leest said: ‘The Group continues to demonstrate its ability to address client needs quickly, efficiently, and commercially.’
