James Cropper PLC - Kendal, England-based manufacturer of creative papers and luxury packaging - Says that Chief Innovation Officer Patrick Willink will retire in April 2026 after 34 years with the company. Willink, who joined the board in 1998, will step down from his director role on March 29, 2025, and transition to a strategic adviser position for 12 months, supporting leadership transition and innovation strategy.
Chair Mark Cropper praised Willink’s contributions, including his role in developing the Cupcycling and Colourform initiatives, which have positioned the company as an ‘advanced materials business with capabilities aligned to secular global trends and exciting growth prospects’.
