Sure Ventures PLC - venture capital fund backing early-stage artificial intelligence, augmented and virtual reality, and internet of things companies - Raises gross proceeds of £250,000 through private placing at 82 pence per share, representing issue of 304,878 new shares. Says proceeds will be used for a mix of working capital purposes, further investments and follow on investment in Sure Valley Ventures and the Sure Valley Ventures UK Software technology fund.
