Sealand Capital Galaxy Ltd - Asia-focused digital investor that offers financial and strategic support to entrepreneurs - Says it plans a conditional equity issue of 111 million shares, raising £166,500 before expenses, subject to shareholder approval at its annual general meeting on January 10. The shares will include warrants with varying strike prices and expiry terms.

The company also said it has requested the first £400,000 tranche of a £3 million convertible loan note facility from ‘high-net-worth individual’ Cheuk Lun Ng. The facility carries a 12% coupon and conversion options tied to the company’s share price.

Following the issuance, the company‘s total share capital will increase to 865.9 million shares.

Current stock price: 1.44 pence each, down 4% in London on Monday afternoon
