Guardian Metal Resources PLC - London-based metal exploration & development company, formerly known as Golden Metal Resources - Intersects further high-grade tungsten mineralisation at its Pilot Mountain project in Nevada, US.
The latest drill results include tungsten concentrations of around 3.0%, marking the highest grades ever recorded at the project. The company has completed 39 drillholes in the ongoing campaign, with drilling on the 40th set to resume on January 6. The drilling programme focuses on the Desert Scheelite zone, part of the 10,000-acre tungsten-copper-silver-zinc project.
Chief Executive Officer Oliver Friesen says the results bring Guardian Metal closer to an updated resource estimate and pre-feasibility study, underscoring the ‘tremendous upside potential’ of the project.
In tandem, the company continues due diligence on its Tempiute Mine & Mill project.
