Baltic Classifieds Group PLC - online classified ads portal provider in Lithuania, Estonia and Latvia - Chief Executive Officer Justinas Simkus sells 4.0 million shares between Wednesday last week and Monday this week. The shares are sold at prices ranging from 312.00 pence to 329.35p, worth about £13 million. Simkus continues to have 12.4 million shares, a 2.6% stake, and has committed to not sell any more shares for at least 12 months. Non-Executive Director Tom Hall buys 500,000 shares at 312.00p. The shares are his only holding.

C&C Group PLC - Dublin-based beer, cider, wine, spirits and soft drinks maker - Chair & CEO Ralph Findlay buys 66,183 shares at £1.50, worth £99,000, on Monday. Findlay will revert to non-executive chair after Roger White joins from AG Barr PLC to be C&C’s new CEO in January.
