London Stock Exchange Group PLC - London-based exchange operator and market data provider - Adds Lloyd Pitchford, chief financial officer of consumer credit checker Experian PLC, to its board as non-executive director, starting on April 30. Pitchford also is a non-executive director of distribution and services provider Bunzl PLC, from which he will step down on April 23. LSEG Chair Don Robert says: ‘Lloyd’s significant financial experience in global growth organisations will support and benefit the group as we continue to scale our business and deliver transformational change across our industry.’
