Rockfire Resources PLC - Greece and Australia-focused gold, base metal and critical mineral exploration company - Says it has conditionally raised £660,000 through a placing of 550 million new shares at 0.12 pence per share. Rockfire says the net proceeds will be used for ongoing working capital requirements and to continue development at its Molaoi zinc/silver/lead/germanium project in Greece. The firm says it is separately undertaking a retail offer for existing shareholders at the same issue price to raise up to £120,000. The issue price represents an approximate 33% discount to Rockfire’s closing price of 0.18p on Thursday. Both processes are expected to complete with shares admitted to AIM on or around December 16.

Current stock price: down 26% at 0.13p on Friday afternoon in London.
